These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Events by LeVoyage website and services. By booking a cruise with us or signing up for our communications, you agree to these terms. Please also review our Privacy Policy.
Bookings & payments
Reservations are subject to availability and the terms of the applicable cruise line. Deposits, payment schedules, cancellation, and refund terms are provided at the time of booking and in your booking confirmation. All amounts are quoted and charged in U.S. dollars.
SMS Terms & Conditions (Text Messaging Program)
Program name.Events by LeVoyage (the “Program,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Description / message types. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Events by LeVoyage related to your dance-cruise reservation, including booking confirmations, deposit and payment reminders, balance-due and document follow-ups, and trip logistics.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier, not from Events by LeVoyage. Check your plan for details.
How to opt in. You may opt in by checking the (unchecked-by-default) consent box on our Text Alerts sign-up page, or by giving us verbal or written consent directly (for example, over the phone while arranging your booking). Consenting to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services — you can book, pay for, and manage your trip in full without opting in to texts.
HELP. For help, reply HELP to any of our messages, or reach us through our contact page.
STOP / opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and will send no further messages unless you opt in again. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again.
Carriers.Carriers (including, but not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and Google Voice) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
Privacy. Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Limitation of liability
Events by LeVoyage acts as a travel facilitator. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of third-party suppliers (including cruise lines and insurers) or for events beyond our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
