What is a dance cruise?⌄
It's a group cruise vacation built around social dancing! We charter a block of cabins on a major cruise line, bring a live band, and organize dance workshops, evening dance parties, and private events — all while visiting beautiful Caribbean ports.
What's included in the price?⌄
Everything: your cabin, all meals and dining on the ship, port charges, taxes, gratuities, and our exclusive dance package (live music, workshops, private parties). The only extras are optional add-ons like excursions and t-shirts.
Do I need a passport?⌄
For closed-loop cruises departing from and returning to the same US port, US citizens can travel with a government-issued photo ID and birth certificate. However, we strongly recommend a passport for the smoothest travel experience and in case of any emergency requiring you to fly home from a foreign port.
What about travel insurance?⌄
We highly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment. It covers trip cancellation, emergency medical expenses abroad, baggage loss, and more. You'll have the option to add insurance during booking, and there's a 14-day window for pre-existing condition coverage.
Can I make monthly payments?⌄
Yes! Lock in your spot with a $ 350.00/person deposit. After that, you can spread the remaining balance over monthly payments — no interest or payment-plan fees. (Card payments add a 3.5% processing fee; pay by bank transfer to avoid it.) Your final balance is due 120 days before the sail date.
What's the cancellation policy?⌄
The $ 350.00/person deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation policies vary by timeframe — the earlier you cancel, the more you may receive back. We strongly recommend travel insurance for cancellation coverage. Contact us for full details.
What if I have medical or mobility needs?⌄
We accommodate all needs! Accessible cabins are accessible based on the cruise ship's current room availability. Let us know about any requirements during booking — wheelchair accessibility, CPAP machines, sharps containers for injectables, walkers, dietary restrictions, or anything else. We'll make sure you're taken care of.
I don't have a dance partner — can I still come?⌄
Absolutely! Many of our guests travel solo. Social dancing means you'll dance with everyone, and our workshops welcome all levels. It's the friendliest dance community on the water.
